I played FFXI for a couple months...it was just way too slow for me. If you like waiting 3 seconds between attacks or trying to gather a party for an hour just to level up past 10, be my guest. Otherwise, it's a pretty fun game.

I was in the beta for the PS2. The game got old pretty quick but I got the HDD/game for free once beta ended and I sent in the beta stuff back to Square.

I'll agree, this is pretty bad. However, I'm not playing any other RPGs right now, and this ones free, and new to me. Might as well use the free 2 months to get sick of it.
