What is the difference, if any, between these two players?

Also, what software does it use to get songs from the cd to the computer to the player? I want to start putting the songs on my computer in case I get this for my birfday :(

the x5l has more than 2x the battery life (and is a littel heavier because of it)

Up to 14 hours playback (35 hours for iAUDIO X5L)

Thanks bra (lol). The year-old reviews on amazon say that you can't organize your songs by artist or album or anything, and also that songs are displayed as filenames rather than titles. Is this still true?
