this is how i sneak veggies into my kid's food. substitute an egg for the baby food puree if you'd like. the baby food stuff isn't that bad. i eat these for dinner almost every night, finishing what he doesn't eat. you can use any variation of veggie or ground meat (i haven't tried it with beef), but this is what he's having tonight so that's what i'm puttin here:
1/4 pound of ground chicken
1/4 cup diced up tiny green beans
1/2 jar of 3rd foods carrots
1 ounce of colby jack cheese
breadcrumbs
mix all the shit together. i don't have an exact measurement on breadcrumbs. i just keep adding them until the meaty stuffs is the consistency i want it to be. the more breadcrumbs you add, the drier the mini meatloaf will be. dur.
form into a loaf.
put in microwave for 3 minutes.
done.
