New Job - complaints already!

So I got a new job and been there 3 weeks so far. The senior designer informed me today that the first flyer I ever made is under investigtation due to complaints from the public. I can't deny it was a shit design - was still feeling my feet in a new environment and didn't know design wise what I could get away with. But it's on trouble due to the copy. CAn you suss which?
