I am almost 100% Italian so I take this especially to heart. Guidos are ruining the image of all Italians. Living on Long Island I have come across my fair share of these guidos and they need to be stopped using force if necessary.

Learn about Long Island, New York's struggle agaisnt the Guido invaders!
The battle map is the best. I live in Suffolk county. We are holding them off for now!

This is an important battle, Ant.
I'm from NY. I lived there most of my life. I LOVE the state. I HATE Long Island.
I went to school in Albany, which if you don't know, is like New Long Island.
It's partly because of this that i laugh at people who get bent out of shape over Latinos waving Mexican flags. They never met every single Italian roommate I ever had in college.
Keep it up!

We have guidos here too, according to the definition on that website. I got tired of looking at that website(it's ugly and disorienting), though, so why don't you guys discuss it or something?

Reason:
The Websense category "Tasteless" is filtered.
Awwwwww.
You think it was the pictures of the degos that were considered tasteless?
And if you really want to piss these douchebags off, call them Puerto Rican.

Pretty much every SUNY school, especially those east of Syracuse, is like New Long Island.
Long Island sucks!

I think every place has it's fair share of jerkasses. I know where I live isn't without them. Naturally, though, social problems are isolated into one pocket of the world.

And there are also many rednecks on Long Island. In fact, based on the language skills you just demonstrated, cba1067950, there is one closer than you think.

yes lots of rednecks on long island.
its funny that you consider derogatory slang language skills. something you learned in school? thats tax money well spent.
"alright kids... this is how you insult italians. "
yea you must have a lot of street cred.
quite the witty insult though. i mean shit... attacking peoples spelling on an internet message board? its original. its hip. you put the mockery in i-mockery let me tell you.

The irish were the first to create the gangster scene, only they were underground. and it has heavily influenced the italians into creating their own gangster scene. The italians obviously are flashier with their cadillacs and their leather jackets.

yes lots of rednecks on long island.
Good, we agree on something.
its funny that you consider derogatory slang language skills.
Colloquialisms and profanities are part of the language. Atleast I have a basic command of syntax and grammar.
something you learned in school? thats tax money well spent.
For the record, I went to Catholic school.
"alright kids... this is how you insult italians. "
We didn't need classes. the ones in my old neighborhood set themselves up.
yea you must have a lot of street cred.
I was unaware one could accumulate "street cred" from posting on an internet forum. Can I cut a rap album now?
quite the witty insult though. i mean shit... attacking peoples spelling on an internet message board? its original. its hip. you put the mockery in i-mockery let me tell you.
Come on. Just use a spellcheck. Most will correct your grammar, too.
you watched that special on tv too?
Or maybe he's been to lower Manhattan and has seen the still heavy Irish influence. Maybe he's heard of the Westies or Tammany Hall.
You know the movie Gangs of new York? Its a fictional story based on the nonfiction book The Gangs of New York.
About 10 years ago, PBS ran a miniseries called The Irish in America that went into organized crime in NYC.
In his book, How the Irish Saved Civilization, Thomas Cahill brushes on it.
This is not a new subject that was only brought up because of an over dramatic Scorsese film.

i definately have a basic understanding of syntax and grammar. if i had anything less my sentences wouldnt be coherent. granted you may have a better understanding than i do but you said basic so basic is the rule... thanks for including me. my point wasnt that its not a part of the language just that use of excessive profanities makes people look like they dont have a good understanding of the language. to some people anyway. plus with language theres plenty of room for style. go tell a poet or writer that theyre not following the rules. go tell shakespear.
yes now im a poet.
something you learned in school? thats tax money well spent.

if youre white... probably not. white people tend to be uptight abotu grammar.
quite the witty insult though. i mean shit... attacking peoples spelling on an internet message board? its original. its hip. you put the mockery in i-mockery let me tell you.
