Probably it would be an animated film based off of the more recent Pac-Man Worlds games or whatever, which are adventure games with some semblance of a story.

Live action Pac-Man would be killer, though.

Yeah, it's supposed to be a live action flick. Uh...

An old man (Gary Busey) teams up with Pac-Man to fight off an evil foreign dictator (Danny Devito) and learns the importance of being yourself and acceptance. With special appearances by Ludacris, Patton Oswalt, and Bow Wow. Rated PG for mild language and slapstick comedy.

Oh god, regardless of horrible plot I would totally pay to go see a man in a paper-maché Pac-Man costume with his legs sticking out of the bottom walking around :(
