Use this thread to debunk popular myths with speculation and hard science.
Myth: Dinosaurs are the biggest things of all
Fact: I read somewhere that dinosaurs evolved into birds, birds are quite small so it stands to reason dinosaurs evolved from something even bigger :o
For the purposes of this fact they where called GIGANTOSAURS :eek
Myth: Cats cannot see colours
Fact: They probably can otherwise they wouldn't know what flavor catfood was in each tin. I would be more inclined to belive they can see colours than belive they can read.
Myth: Dogs can't look up
Fact: I can't remember whether they debunked this partuclar myth in that film so i'll do it here. I think I remember a dog looking at me once. Now I am considerably taller than a dog so with a bit of hard science I can conclude they can look up.
