I know this was announced a while back, but it didn't pan out, but I think Earthbound would be a great port.

They already did that.

Zombies Ate my Neighbours would make a great port. With the zombies and the waterguns, and the fact the GBA port will allow you to not stay on the same screen as your partner. Vlrahhahahaha.
