I just came back from getting surgery on my toe, it had a horrible infection in it, and they had to cut it open to treat it. They tried numb it up, but it still fucken hurt like hell. It's all abndaged up now, and it's still bleeding. Life is good :(

Toe surgery sucks. I know what you're talking about, it's an ingrown toenail. I've had several, and even if your toe does heal in 4-6 months, there's no guaruntee that your toenaill will grow in the right away.

Yeah i have to go back in 6 months to mak sure, the nails grows back correctly, if not, i have to go through this shit all over again :(

P.s: The little numbness I actually got in surgery from the shots is wearing off, the real pain begins... :( Even though i got about 8 of the shots, and i still felt fucking pain :(

Oh, don't worry about the throbbing, it's irritating, but it's not half as bad as what you went through in the doctor's office. Just take some kind of pain killer (I would recommend codine, that's what my podiatrist gave me when I had my surgery) and spend time lying on the couch in front of the TV. Whatever you do, keep that foot elevated, or you're going to have a lot of bloodstains to remove from your socks.

Edit: I fucken hate this bulky bandaging he put on my toe, it bleeding through already..
