Best action movie I've seen in a long time, and it's real funny too.

Go see it. Go see it now.

I've seen The Transporter. No thanks.
FAR better than the Transporter. Part 1 was entertaining because of that homoerotic oil-slick fight scene. Part 2 sucked.

This is a much better movie with nonstop action and solid laughs.

The plot looks like something writers have dared each other to do for years but no one had the balls to do something so blatantly thoughtless until now. Not that i care, i love Statham, and i loved the Transporter movies, and this looks good as well.

Hm... real humor, or unintentional?

I'm all for action flicks, but I'm cheap so it's a rental. >:

I liked the first Transporter a lot. But I always thought the Transporter 2 was better in every catagory. Less talking, more ass-kicking, and waaaay more over-the-topness. When I first saw the Crank preview I thought it was going to be the third Transporter. This movie looks really, really good. Too bad all my friends wanted to see beerfest :(

Personally, I thought The Transporter took the over-the-top thing in the wrong direction entirely.

If you're going to nix any and all believability in all facets of your movie, you DO NOT have the right to portray it seriously. The sequel compensated for this by just going for an all-out trashy quality.

Why not? if you try to do the action in a non serious means it becomes a parody. The transporter movies were not parodies, It didn't turn around do something and then wink at you about it. It just had a set of action sequences in mind and decided to bring those together within some constraints of a plot, and not necessarily physics.

The Scene in the Transporter 2 when he flips his car off a ramp and scrapes the car bomb off the bottom of his car on to a crane hook is like my most favourite scene in any movie EVER :O

I really liked Transporter 1 but Transporter 2 seemed a bit too OTT even if that was the film's aim. Personally I thought the car-flipping-bomb scene was the most retarded thing ever.

Even so, I do like the actor who plays the transporter and Crank should be good fun to watch.
