Why, though? I understand the whole copyright deal, but why don't these record companies set up accounts of their own to share these music videos? Or maybe not give a shit and let others upload them?


My guess is that when it comes down to it the companies get no $$$ so that means we get no <3 <3 <3.

I'd give you a link, but all of their music videos were removed from YouTube.
Are they removing old videos too, or just new / current artists?

Youtube removes videos when complaints are received. I don't know if they actively go around policing their content. I recall hearing that the company may be trying to work out a deal with the major labels to legally have those vids on their website.

What I really don't understand is why do they delete music videos that are available for viewing on a band's official website.

yeah i noticed that they deleted a lot of web cam stripping too. :(

like half my favorites were gone. :(

:( yeah because guitar tabs somehow steal from the record companies [pockets, even with mistakes and all......RIAA is synonimous with fucking FAIL!
