It's come to my attention that you've been ducking a question, and I know it's just gotten lost in the chatter here, and not becuase you're a huge pathalogical liar and coward.

Since I'd hate for anyone to missunderstand well spoken guy like you, here's a whole new thread in which you can explain yourslef.

Please reconcile these two quotes.

"Where in anything did I say that I, VinceZeb, want to destroy everything that has ever existed about Islam? Oh wait, I didn't!"

and

"Unless we wipe out every trace of Islam in the existance of mankind, this is a war we will never win."

Sure thing!

What I was talking about was this: IF we were going to truly win this war against Islamic Fundamentlism, we would destroy everything that existed in Islam. This is a war that victory is going to be decided when the terrorism stops. We can have a victory in this war by stopping the terrorists, but WINNING the war completely would mean destroying all of Islam. Which I am not in favor of doing whatosever?

What I am saying is confusing, but the jist of it is that we can have victory in this war by stopping the attacks and putting fire on the fuel, but to truly win it and make sure it NEVER happens again, we have to destroy the trees. And I do not want to destroy the trees. We are not that kind of culture and people here in the U.S.

Say, Vince, what do you do for a living? I was wondering, because, with any job, there's at least one interview prior to getting hired, and seeing how your communication skills suck like an industrial shop-vac, I was curious about what kind of job you ended up getting. Especially since, you know, the whole submarine commander thing didn't pan out.

Because it's confusing, clarify for me...

You don't think we should do what you believe it would take to win the "War on Terrorism"

Does that mean

A.) You don't want to win the War on Terror.
B.) You think the War on Terror isn't a very practcial goal to begin with
C.) Bush was talking out his ass on the whole War on Terror thing all along
