As someone who can't draw the female figure to save his life, I'd say that's more than adequate for working on an unfamiliar format. You did a fine job on highlighting, too.

How do you shade? I tlooks like you used the blur tool a lot or something, and it kind of looks off because of that. Or rather, if you didn't use the blur tool, the shadows look a tad too undefined.

It works with the shoulders, but not the face so much.
