Virginia's in the bag, IMO. The margin is what, 6-7000 votes? No way Allen is going to make that up.

i used to have flat tops when i was like 7 and 8 and everybody called me turtle head. I also had mullets and shit. My parents had horrible fashion sense, or were stuck in some old fashion sense or something.
