Rocketslime is really fun if you're into RPGs that don't suck, and TANK BATTLES! You can shoot SLIME NINJAS out of a cannon! Rockin'! or cats or swords or whatever, it's really a rockin' little game! BUY IT NOW I SWEAR TO GOD :0 So i'll have somone to tank battle ;( I'll shoot my cats at you :o

Cooking Mama is okay, I bought it for my girlfriend and I guess it's an OK game if you like to chop and cook fake food? She seems to like it, I'll play it if she has it sitting around in one of the DS's. I'm not sure this game rocks but maybe if you're a girl/or want to learn some wierd recipes :p It's actually pretty difficult haha

Club house games.. Uhh, I bought this because I thought it would be cooler to bust out 2 ds wi-fi chess instead of an actual board, but we've yet to actually try this. I just play the darts, which is fun to pass the time. I don't know why I bought this game actually now that I think about it. I could of just bought a dart board! But it's good if you're bored!

Warioware Touched is as good as you think it'd be, if you know what you're getting into it's plenty addicting! I played it until I unlocked everything and really havn't picked it up since. Probably because I don't know where it is, it's probaly in my girlfriend's Tomagatchi Connection case. Tomagatchi Connection definatley dosn't rock. Unless you like dancing, pooping strawberrys. This game rocks!

Resident Evil DS I bought but, I have the GC version so I never really took the time to go through this one again. I never played the PS version, so it looked kind of ghetto compared to the slick GC version. But duh, what can I expect? I'll probaly get stoned and race through this one some day. But until then, I don't know! It probably rocks :p

I'm waiting for Final Fantasy 3 to come out, that one should be fun. I'm not going to mention the obvious titles (MARIO GAMES COUGH) that everyone knows are good. If you know of any fun games, post them here! I really want to pick up the Castlevanias, but I can't seem to find them when I go out :/

It's kind of like final fantasy tactics, as in, you have a tiled playing field where you can deploy units. So, yeah. In a lot of respects, it's like Starcraft. It's a top-down view and you get cash every turn to spend on units. You let your units run across the field, taking of towns and decimating the enemy army. There is a lot of variety in the units and battles take place in the land, sea, and air.

Lots of fun, especially when you play with four people.

Haha, Pheonix Wright: Ace Attorney. It's got hilarious dialogue and it was one of the first generation DS games, so it can be bought on the cheap.

my rock list (largly similar to other peoples)

-pheonix wright: for lines like 'there shall be no wanton winking in court'
-mario kart: for the same reasons as any other mario kart, plus online!
-casltevania: for the same reasons as any other castlevania
-new super mario bros: for the....
-mario 64 DS: same as the n64 game, but with wario!
-wario ware: touched: except the microphone games
-band brothers: for having the music from the old 'Hovis' Ad

ordered one of these bad boys, so the homebrew will be my oyster (and possible sneaky import 'backups'), hope to get it this week

Haha. N64 emulation is still light years away for the DS, but there's emulators for the SNES, NES, Gameboy, Game Gear, Commodore 64, Genesis, and much more on top of all of the other assorted homebrew programs like image viewers, AIM, mp3 players, et cetera.

They've gotten faster. I actually played Super Smash Brothers with choppy sound at about 15 fps the other day.

The "unofficial" PSX emulator is faster, I think.

Phoenix Wright: I recomend it to all the soccer moms who ask whats a good game for them to play on there kids DS.
Mario Kart: Fun of course, its hard to get an online game going now since snaking pretty much took all the fun out of the online racing.
Brain Age: For the Sudoku :(
Animal Crossing: I had this one black cat in my town named Kiki which is funny because i actually had a black cat named Kiki, but she moved away and i havent been to my house since. Also i lost everyones friend codes so i cant play with anyone anymore.
Elite Beat Agents: because i like music games and it has a Stray Cats song on it :(

You can use GBA games, but for some faggoty reason, the DS can't use the first generation carts. Why GBA could and DS couldn't, I derno.

Unfortunately, no. For some reason, the DS only plays GBA games, and GB/GB Color games won't even fit into it.

You get in a light kart, find a large straightaway, and then drift/spark over and over to build speed. You can generally only do it on the figure 8 level, and it really doesn't work that well anyway. Nothing4buddha tried that shit when we played and I just calmly passed her on the left ;<

I borrowed Phoenix Wright from my friend yesterday and I'm already up to the third "episode". It's a great game. :O

The first three ones you're apparently playing Defense to Edgeworth's Prosecution, I hope that later you might be able to be a prosecutor. But that'd change the gameplay mechanic entirely.

Anyway, it's great, so get it.

On Wifi for Mario Kart this random match I started had this dude who would like move all over the screen. Like a bouncy ball in a box kind of. Like hell be going forward and like really quickly move to the left right forward and back then be back in his original spot. Is this a glitch?

i don't play a whole lot of final fantasy but i really like this one :) ill just lvl my dudes when im bored & if i'm in the mood i'll actually play the game! right now i am stuck at some bird guy who destroyed my party :/

the job system is really cool except when it forces it on you! like right now i have to lvl a dragoon (im guessing) and they arn't that fun :/ but they do like a bunch of damage to birds apparently! there are some cool ones, I like geomancer/thief/white mage/warrior (go generic party)

my lvl 39 warrior is now a pussy 3 dragoon :( fucking BIRD BOSS ID KILL YOU IF I HAD MY CHARGER :(

it's alot of fun if you like fun ds games

you have to make your entire party dragoons. that battle is exemplary of the stunningly bad planning of the early final fantasy games ;( you have to just keep jumping over and over again til you kill the stupid thing. there should be a whole mess of dragoon equipment hidden throughout the city

at least that's how it is on the NES version :o

OMG LONG TIME NO SEE

i just bought rocket slime and am gonna play it alll night and alllll tomorrow. i am very excited for it.

yoshi's island ds is very good as well. much like new super mario bros. where after you beat the game you go back and try to collect all the coins, but in yoshi it's more like sunflower things and red coins.

i have ff3 and for some reason i'm being drawn away from it, but everytime i play i enjoy myself, so yeah, get it.

and i suggest getting either a DS or GBA flashcart because i am now ADDICTED to kirby's amazing mirror and superstar saga. woo
