I have developed an interest, lately, of checking out games for the ill-fated Sega CD. Were there any memorable games aside from Snatcher, Sonic CD, and the Lunar games, that were worth playing?

Dungeon Explorer was a fun Gauntlet-style game.

Silpheed and Android Assault (or Bari-Arm if you wanna get all Asian) just plain ruled. Heimdall was cool, even though the crazy combat system was ridiculously easy. I personally liked Eye of the Beholder, even if it was a dungeon crawler, and Batman Returns rocks.

Dragon's Lair 3D, Lethal Enforcers (you need the gun otherwise it sucks though), and the best one was SEWER SHARK!!!!

Ah yes, Sewer Shark. When I first saw those FMV's, my jaw dropped, having never seen real-life footage in a game before like that. Does anybody know the name of this game where you play as a basketball and compete against another ball by jumping in hoops?

Actually, the B balls were cartoon-like characters and you could select different characters. They each had their own FMV ending.

Spider-Man VS the Kingpin (Better than the Genesis Version)
Kamen Rider \
------(More fun to watch than to play)

Now that I think about it, if you liked Snatcher, there's that Blade-Runner type adventure game (Can't remember the name). You'd probably want to look into that one.

Actually, I've never played it. However, due to Hideo being envolved with the game, and it's popularity, I'd wager it would be worth playing.

Sewer Shark sucks balls. In fact, all of sega cd does outside of sonic cd.

No, YOU suck balls. I think you just don't appreciate the awesomeness of the sega cd in general.

Unfortunately, as promising as the Sega CD, no one really took advantage of the technology, and just made Genesis games with enhanced music and FMVs. That and FMV games, which were generally crap. It also didnt help that Sega also released the 32X and Saturn just a few years afterwards. Anyways, Supafly, I'm well-aware that Sega CD for the most part consisted of bad games, so I really don't need you to tell me that. I'm looking for the decent games.

I have Earthworm Jim: Special Edition for the Sega CD, but not the Sega CD itself; I play it on the computer. I've seen screenshots of the PC version, and although the graphics are cleaned up, some things are ommited, like Jim's red tint in "What the Heck?" and the dimly lit corners of the screen in "Intestinal Distress!"

I didn't hate the game as much as I thought it was inferior to Sonic 3.

I only played one game for Sega CD, it was a looooong time ago, but it had something to do with aliens in Texas. I loved that game. I used to go over my friend's house to play it, even though he wasn't really my friend because I couldn't stand the bastard. Does anyone know the game I'm talking about?

I finished Sonic CD in about an hour and thought "That was it?". Good game, but it's probably my least favorite of the 16-bit Sonics. :/
Eternal Champions is apparently really good, but I've never played it.
Keio: Flying Squadron is a pretty good side-shooter, although it has a lot of '^___^' shit going on. Also the fact that it's the rarest Sega CD game out there might ruin your chances of finding it.
Panic!. After reading this review (http://www.stageselect.com/games/game.aspx?gameid=8566&fromint=1) anyways.

Oh yeah. Out of bad judgement and trying to spend my remaining Pay Pal money, I bought the Sega CD version of Bram Stoker's Dracula. Does anyone know what piece of code or file I need to play Sega CDs on an emulator (I almost got it working on the Kega Fusion, but after the part where the message "Beware" appears, all I hear is the music from the game)?

I liked the music in the level where you fight the zombies (Genesis version) :)

The Terminator for Sega CD is the best terminator game, as well as one of the best games on either the Sega CD or Genesis.
Plus, the soundtrack is pretty sweet (at least i liked it) :rock
