Last few weeks I've been up all night working on university projects and it seems to have completely reset by body/internal clock. Now I can only ever sleep in the day. What do you guys suggest I do about it? :(

Try to stay up for 24 hours. Take a couple shots of hard liquor before you go to bed. Take some sleeping pills. Or hell, sleep with the damn light on.

Hmmm, drink lots of hooch? Have you started any christmas holidays ect? If so I just recommend *trying* to go to sleep pretty early, say like 9-10. If you can get a couple of nights like that then your body will probably get used to it and get tired around then.

I was in the same boat you were during finals week. How I stayed normal (somewhat) was by allowing myself a nap until dinner time, going to eat, then staying up til maybe midnight before actually going to bed for real. Continue sleeping during the day, but don't let yourself sleep the whole day away. If you're anything like me, you'll be plenty groggy in time for a good night's sleep.

Stay all night then at about 930 crash. Next day youll be wrecked keep going to bed around 9-10 and youll get used to it. I do that when a long break is over or when summer ends so I got energy for school.

I posted this in a thread a loooong time ago and like 10 people said it was a great idea so do this:

I got really messed up last summer. For about three weeks I was going to bed at six or seven in the morning and getting up at five in the afternoon. :(

Here's what you do: Stock up on highly caffeinated pop (SODA >:) or energy drinks (or coffee, if you're into that crap) and stay up all night. Do something like playing video games or read, but don't watch TV 'cause that makes you tired. Stay up all night, and then all day. Every time you feel like going to sleep, fight it, and have another sugar-packed beverage. Once you've stayed up until evening the next day, you can reward yourself with sleep. You'll probably sleep more than twelve hours, you'll wake up around nine in the morning, and your internal clock will be reset as desired.

This method has worked for me on three separate occasions. I recommend it. But staying up late is fun anyway. :/

That doesn't really work for me. It just keeps getting worse and worse. Yesterday I had about 4 hours of sleep but I was still up until around 4:30am :(

I rarely have pop/coffee/Tea after lunch. I don't think it's good for your bowels or your brain to be working so hard.
