"I supported this war and I supported this man twice for president, and yet I‘m growing more disturbed every night by how isolated George W. Bush has become. All the Joint Chiefs oppose his plan for Iraq. His lead general opposes his plan in Iraq, and now he‘s going to quit because Bush has ignored him. Colin Powell opposes his plan in Iraq. And an “L.A. Times” poll is showing that only 12 percent of Americans support his plan for more troops in Iraq. Shouldn‘t more Americans be disturbed at this unprecedented example of a White House that‘s in—and you can only call it this—a bunker mentality?"

I think it's a fair complaint. I happen to be in that oh so tiny 12%, but I still believe it's troubling that the president has become so increasingly isolated that he takes none of the professional advice he has at his disposal. It used to be said that this was a president who ignored the press, and relied on his inner-circle. Well, that circle appears to be shrinking with the day. Who does he listen to?

I happen to agree with him on this issue on this day, but tomorrow it could be something entirely different.

I think if Scraborough and I agree about anything, it constitutes a mathametical proof.

I thought that it was Neal Boortz whom Vinth pilfered his opinions from. I think I remember him stating before the election on Cavuto* that he wanted the (then) GOP to lose too.

*I need to clarify that I saw Boortz on Cavuto, not Vinth.
