I didn't want to post this in the MOVIE forum because this isn't so much about a MOVIE as it is about JOHNNY KNOXVILLE. and I don't want to post it in around the internet because that is like being coy because it wasn't JUST around the internet. I PUT IT on the internet. Also I shits me when people put scenes from movies or shows in the AROUND THE INTERNET forum. ITS NOT RIGHT.

I found this movie at my local video store called DESERT BLUES. This was a true chance encounter, because I was simply looking to rent a movie with tits in it. i put it on, didn't realize the tape was playing, then switched it to VCR when it was about 9 minutes in to see what appeared to be a lesbian scene shot on video-tape. Sure, I wanted tits, but I didn't want PORNO tits!

So I fast forward through the movie to sample its content, trying to determine if it was porn or not. Then I came accross a real suprise: JOHNNY KNOXVILLE! According to imdb this is the second thing he did after playing a cure fan on the Ben Stiller Show. haha when it first popped up i thought it said directed by john *kerry* haha

but man that is a good find in a bad way, like accidentally renting the porno that was sylvester stallone's first movie

it's hard to look away from that clip though the music camerawork and acting are all so horrible that it's almost perfect

my favorite things in this:

-how johnny knoxville keeps saying ROSEVELT
-how it DISOLVES from knoxville running out of the first scene to a closeup of his friend on the couch (there is a lot of disolving within scenes in this movie)
-how the third friend shouts "PARTY" in a way that makes you suspect he'd never shouted "PARTY" before in his life
-knoxville's laugh after he says "we even get a limo and complimentary driver!" which is a pure knoxvillian laugh you would see him do on jackass watching steve-o get his butthole stiched shut or something.
-put my bag in my bedroom, rosevelt
-here kitty kitty kitty kitty
-the gratuitous use of the word "fuck" that seems it was brought on by the director telling them to not be afraid to curse.
-how it cuts to a different camera angle right before the scene with the pool table ends and it only lasts for less than a second
-the smooth lines that come from t. cunninghams mouth.
-the gross porno lady throwing money at the stripper

00:45-01:18 is my favourite; I'm fascinated by the long pause between lines, the decision to zoom in to an unfocused shot of brown carpet, the weird fake looking pink hue and the bad song that lasts ten seconds then just stops in the middle of a verse.
