I am excited for this 1 as it is a game I am actually interested in coming out for the 360, but reading the wiki on it is making me drool!

"Although enemies were faster in Resident Evil 4 than in previous Resident Evil games, the Japanese teaser trailer shows enemies that are now even faster, Ã* la 28 Days Later making them more deadly enemies. The trailer also shows the enemies now have the ability to run.
According to Play magazine, the enemies are shaping up to be a cross between a ganado and a zombie. They communicate with each other like the Ganados in Resident Evil 4, but have a thirst for blood like the zombies in the classic RE games.

hallucinations and 28 days later style zombies? i didnt like resident evil 4 because nothing was trying to eat you, but i think this one will be like the best resident evil ever :(

With 28 Days Later-speed zombies and realistic shooting, I think RE5 on the Wii would give people heart attacks. Me, anyway. :(

I also like the speculation and capcom's hinting at H.U.N.K. playing a vital story centric role in 5 and bringing back other characters who haven't had much to do with the series like Barry, Claire, Billy, Carlos
(who is the most likely to be the guy in the trailer). Plus they need to bring back more of the enemies, like the Hunters and Chimera.

I'm still thinking they could port re4 to the Wii that would be fucking astounding.

Well now, I believe, the gap is far greater than it ever was before.
The Wii went in a different direction while the Xbox 360 and PS3 were refinements on the technology norm.

I'd still like to see it on the Wii. I also think RE4 would rock on the Wii.

It wont be someone new, Capcom said that the main character would be someone "hat the developing team is very fond of".

Barry and Leon already had a game RE: Gaiden at the end Leon is infected with a virus other than the T, thus partially explaining his sickly look, his ability to leap out of top floor windows, and his ability to take rediculous amounts of punishment.

Apparently it was the scrapped version of what we first saw where leon was fighting some sort of black "mist". enemies are ghost-like and you'll notice the screen changes color when they are encountered. the guy with the hook would make me cry :(

they kept the original title from that version. You'll notice the hook is still part of the 4 at the end of the games title.

Not really. Resident Evil 4 had something similar, so I'm assuming you did have to press a button to dodge the axe. Although I could be wrong, since the button commands don't appear on the screen.

it was scary in re4 that they communicated. it was scary in re1 remake when they became super zombies and ran. now they are combing the two.

i can't wait :(
