Agreed, but therefore the title on the ebay page is not true, as it states: NES Nintendo - EVERY GAME EVER MADE. Afterall s/he lacks some of the games. :snap
Knowing the US law system, you could probably benefit from this

seriously, though- who would pay basically 40 dollars a game for a twenty-year-old game system, that's retarded
edit: and in japan, wouldn't they have been for the Famicom and not the NES?

Yes, they were for the Famicom, that's why Captain Finland's second quote says it was for the "Nintendo Family Computer". Oh, wait he wrote (=NES) next to it, so obviously it's just that crazy youth leetspeak.

Hey, I don't give a flying shit whether they were released in USA or not. My point was that they WERE released in cartridge format, you foolish little boy.
EDIT: I just thought it might be wise to add that FAMICOM is Japanese eqvivalent for NES, just in case you don't happen to know it. ;)

equivalent, but not the same thing, so it's fine to omit the famicom FF games
also:
The original Famicom and the re-released AV Family Computer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AV_Family_Computer) both utilized a 60-pin cartridge design, which resulted in smaller cartridges than the NES (and the NES 2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NES_2)), which utilized a 72-pin design
so you can't just go plug a famicom game into your NES, they're physically incompatible
