Help finding a movie

This has been bugging me for years. When I was like 8, my dad rented a sorta conan the barbarian kind of fantasy movie, and I remember liking it, but all I can remember is that the hero had a sword which had three blades and near the end the villain is revealed to be a guy who takes off his human face like a mask.

It's very vague but that's all I can remember.

ANOTHER HELP SITUATION:

When i was a kid there was a movie i would watch that was like an 80's/70's fantasy/sci-fish type thing. The only things i really remember is that there was a guy who had like a grenade launcher for an arm and whenever he shot it coloured smoke would come out of the grenade. Also, it might have had an "Alice in wonderland"/oz type plot. I think the main character may have been a girl, and then i think she met friends (including grenade launchy guy).

from the looks of that movie it's not it ...most of the scenes are like they are out in the desert. I can't even remember them being in a city.
The grenade launchy arm guy was weird. Instead of being actual grenades it looked like he was shooting large pees at people. COLOURED PEES that turned into coloured smoke. Does that ring any bells?

well fuck, I'm almost 80% sure I know the movie hes talking about but I cna't for the life of me find out the name, or any real description other than it has 2 guys with goofy swords fighting, and one of them has a crazy robot arm with a rocket launcher in it, or something along those lines.

Am I close?

hmm, maybe. A useful image to keep in mind would probably be the holy grail by monty python because that's what the smoke and landscape reminds me of. I don't remember any explosions but there might have been some.
