The Gun as a God.
Would the world have been better
with or without guns?
Lets see..
Would the world have been overpopulated by now
if it weren't for the gun?
Would violence be less, or more? With a readily available weapon such as the gun,
and its constant media coverage, is death more likley to occure?
Are all men truley equal now? Gun is the great equalizer. Because of it, a child can kill a man.
In the sector of violence, there are no classes.
Defense was based on bodily weapons, (fists, etc.) in the early origins of man.
Now, we are reduced to an unhonerable practice.
For example,

Mariens have the most honor. They must come face to face with the enemy, and have the bravery
to slaughter one of his own. Every marine I've talked to
aggrees that it is unhonerable
to shoot you advasery from far away.
Yet it equalizes all.
While this weapon is classifiable as a god, because of the lamb-like, cowardly, and violent heard nature of humans,
is it doing more harm,
or good.?
