I think it looks pretty lame.
It's weird that despite being about 6 years old, Red Faction still has the best destructible environments. :/

That's only the first part of the demo. They go through about 4 or 5 other materials which react in an equally cool way. Can't find it right now though.

I'm going to have to agree with MM on this. I can see where it can be cool on one hand, but I think if they are using the terrain shaping weapons as a main selling point it might get old relatively fast.
I think less is more with this.
