View Full Version : People aren't fun

So, I live with my cousin who is NOT a neat freak. I'm constantly picking up after him. Last Friday one of his friends broke one of my shot glasses, but whatever. I thought that I picked up all the glass, but yesterday I was in the kitchen barefoot when I discovered another shard of thick glass. Pulling it out, I bled absolutely everywhere in the kitchen. The floor looked like something from a Rob Zombie movie--standing pools of blood, footprints of blood, random splatters. It was awesome. When my cousin saw it he just stared and stared as I invented some story about killing some guests, but my girlfriend was like, "oh, Seth stepped on some glass." PSSSSSSH. I told my cousin that I'd go buy a mop and clean it up (we just have a weird, inefficient, lame mopping apparatus) later. When I got home, my artwork was gone. He couldn't stand to just walk around the blood and look at it. We had a party last night, and it would have been so so much better if our kitchen had been a bloody mess.

People don't appreciate fun anymore.

The fear of AIDS really gets to people nowadays, and that just takes the fun right out of it.

Don't suppose you got any pics of your "artwork" before your cousin cleaned it up, didja?

Is it considered a smart persons blood if he isn't smart enough to clean up all the glass?

No, I was really pissed that he didn't at least take photographs. Incidentally, I need to donate blood soon. I have moral compulsion to do so, but I've also noticed that when it's time to give blood my left hand turns brown in blotches, presumably from iron build-up. Maybe I should talk to a doctor about that once I have insurance.
