The title of the article is fairly self-explanatory... Proto takes a look at what he considers to be some of the ugliest DVD covers on the market. Be sure to share with him your suggestions for other ugly DVD covers!

Uh, I hope he is joking about the two 'children of men' covers. The giant wall one is incredible compared to the smooshed poster below.

Someone from the UK just emailed me actually and confirmed that the horribly shitty "Children of Men" cover pictured IS in fact what they have over there. My god...

By the way guys, I've submitted the article on Digg.com. Help us out and give it a digg!

Holy shit!. It just occured to me that the first cover for Children of Men resembles the Resident Evil 2, greatly. Also I love how Jason Biggs is just super-imposed into the background of Jersey Girl.

For all of you Kevin Smith fans. (http://viewaskew.com/theboard/viewtopic.php?t=55852)

And here's (http://viewaskew.com/theboard/viewtopic.php?t=55906&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=74) where he responded to a comment I made when I called him "Mr. Pervo McBeardyhead".

Protoclown, are you being facetious in the whole article, or do you really have some kind of weird super-literal geek perception that makes you process images like that instead of in the intended way? If you look at it as a single scene, yes, there may be a boat running into Heath Ledger, and yes, Kiefer Sutherland and Reese Witherspoon may have merged into a two-faced mutant mutant, but no one I've ever talked to tended to look at things that way. I agree that the covers are ugly, but it's more natural to me to process the fuzzy boundaries and see the separate images as the layout people obviously intended.

Does Satan command you to interpret everything literally?

That's kind of what I was asking you.

But that's what he told me to ask you. :(
