Well, apparently Punisher 2 might suffer a slight delay and won't be finished in 2007.

Personally I think this sucks, because in my opinion Jane did quite well in the first Punisher. I also hope they won't screw up the sequel. The first movie was good, even though it didn't completely follow the original plot.

When you said the first Punisher, I thought you literally meant the first Punisher.

How much of a chance does the movie stand when the lead actor quits because he thinks it's a crappy movie?

that's what I was thinking :lol

at least he had the ethical strength to fuck that movie off, though, if that's the case. If more actors did that then the entertainment industry might produce better quality stuff, or at least shit would never make it to the theater.

I thought the 2nd one was supposed to be more Punisher, not ORIGIN STORY. I remember reading a script review somewhere where the guy states that the end of the film took place with Punisher chasing Jigsaw and his bodyguards into a Department store where he kills them off with random household objects such as a spatula (supposedly used to stab some guy in the neck)

Problem about that is Punisher 2 probably didn't have the same big-ass budget like other Marvel movies such as Spidey or X-Men, so I don't think it wasn't that hard to swallow to leave the movie. Heck, if Spider-Man was a real shitbuster of a movie, Tobey Maguire still would've done the sequel because of the money.
