One of my all-time favorite arcade games, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, has now been raped by a rom hacker. No longer are the turtles doing the fighting, now it's all Chipmunks (well, except for a creepy Donatello-Chipmunk hybrid). Check out FatSatan's coverage of yet another classy rom hack!

Only one little nitpick...

At the window name of the page, at the bottom of the window on the page, and after the review, you called the game "Teenage Mutant Nice Chipmunks II", which should be called "Teenage Mammal Nice Chipmunks II". Nothing against ya, just correcting you.

And yes, Shredder's silver hand-blades were edited to look like a particularly wimpy middle finger. This guy's trash talk may be limited to "damn", "beeyatch", "bastard" and "crap", but he's not afraid of flipping people off. Well, not of making Shredder flip people off, anyway.

Like ninjavenom, you wanted to make an obvious joke. But instead of just shutting up after seeing him say it first, you decided to give yourself a boner and post anyway, so you could see the number under your name get higher.

So has anybody figured out what's up with the "toast" in the game? I don't remember anything about the chipmunks liking toast. I remember alvin wanting a harmonica and a hoola-hoop at one time, but toast? o.O

for some reason i seem to remember one of the chipmunks saying "Toooooast!"... but I could just be mixing Alvin and the Chipmunks up with Ren and Stimpy. I tend to do things like that.

It does look a little like that. Maybe the author intended for it to read "aids" in order to fill the quota for such things in a rom hack.
