It's ceratinly an odd weapon concept, but I don't get some of those detractors in the article. Sure someone can be gay and excellent soldier, but that person, like most people, would not be incredibly horny all the time. This weapon would make them gay and horny, which could very well lower combat performance. I assume that the effects would be temporary as well. Once the chemical is flushed from your system, you return to being an averagely-horny boobman.

I thought I remember hearing somewhere that estrogen is present in higher amounts in gay males than straight ones. Maybe that's the secret ingredient?

I read about this and was unclear on wether money got spent, beyond the salary of the guy that wrote up the idea. I know they were looking for a lot of cash. Did they get any?
