Ingredients:
125 gram chicken livers per person

Ingredients (Sauce):
Tomato pasta,
Mushrooms,
Sweet red wine or old brown sherry,
Coleman’s mustard,
Chutney,
Teaspoon Bovril and Worcester sauce,
Sweet Basil,
Olive oil,
Peri-peri,
Mayonnaise,

Method:
Fry onions and garlic in butter and take out,
Put chicken livers in olive oil and fry,
Make sauce separately and add together,
Simmer until ready.

Man when I grew up I worked in a cajun restaurant. Chicken livers and gizzards aren't something you wanna put in yer mouth, bruh.

And this is coming from a guy who eats squirrels, birds, and vagina.

My mom ordered chicken liver at Junior's in Brooklyn. She was expecting good ol' country-cooked fried liver, but they gave her a pâté-type deal akin to foie gras. Everyone was upset.

I never understood why anyone would want to eat the septic system of the body. I'm talking to YOU, England... kidney pies.

Whats wrong with gizzards? I had a friend in 6th grade who's dad made AWESOME fried gizzards. I didn't know what they were really, but I knew they were delicious.
