I got this e-mail from TVshowsonDVD.com about a release from Columbia:

"Thanks to those of you participating in the TV poll. Based on the overall selections, we have now planned to put out a number of the titles chosen. Please look for The Tick, Soap, Newsradio, Dilbert and more to be released on DVD later this year. Thank you again for your selections, your opinions matter!"

Please God, let these be season sets. :(

What about Dilbert, you Hog's Ass?

That Dilbert show would make a good comic strip.

Seriously though, Dilbert is ok, but I think the jokes work better in three panels. I might get it too. :(

It'd be nice if Comedy Central released That's My Bush on DVD. I was so pissed that they cancelled it. Then again, with our current climate and the majority of people thinking Bush can do no wrong any longer, I suppose it would be considered inappropriate and controversial if they did.

Aye, but can you think of a better time to release satire than when it's not welcome?

You know, I hate the President and welcome anything that makes fun of him, but "That's My Bush" fucking SUCKED. :(

That was the idea, Proto. It was supposed to be a parody of the old sitcoms, which are shitty by today's standards. Of course, a show that's supposed to suck isn't going to last very long.

There are too many good TV shows being put out on DVD. I can't afford them all. :(

"That's My Bush" was cut for budget, it was too expensive to make and took too long :/

I liked it, like Jamesman said, it was a parody of sitcoms which is why everything was so over the top and the laughter and "Aww's" were at just about everything. The joke wore thin every now and then, but it had enough real jokes to keep me entertained. It was better than alot of crap anyway, so who cares? :/

I wish I had money to buy Soap on DVD. :(

Just why isn't the entire eight episode run of TV Funhouse on DVD? Now that's something I'd like answered.

I understand that "That's My Bush" was supposed to parody sitcoms, but it STILL WASN'T FUNNY. :(

Good thing that they took it off the air. Nobody is that stupid to think that all of your best friends are going to kill you so you dressin knights armor and lock them in the dining room with a twelve gauge to see who the murderer is. And it winds up that a stuffed bear takes the gun and kicks the crap outta bush.

That my friends is one of the dumbest ideas for an episode of ANYTHING for any show.

That's My Bush was genius.

I say release it on DVD just to piss off people. All the episodes, get Stone and Parker half-wasted on bourbon for the commentary, and sell it for $20 until people start bitching.
