Is anyone else interested? I forgot about it for a while but the daily poll at gamefaqs got me interested again so I looked for stuff at gamespy and I'm looking forward to it. The only thing I really, really want them to change is the ability to control a zombie.

It sounded interesting, but I don't think playing as a zombie would have worked out all that well in this game. Glad they opted against it.

If RE Online is a success, they will make another one that will probably have the option to be a zombie.

But seriously. The way this game has shaped up, it's so much better it's not in. You play with 8 people: 4 human, 4 computer-controlled. You're not allowed to communicate through anything but pre-scripted sentences, so you don't know who's real and who's not.

Since the game is so small, and the agenda is so different, I'm glad they took out the zombie thing. It would have been so stupid. But I do hope it'll be incorporated into another RE Online concept.
