Just bought yet another He-Man figure the other day and this one came with an episode of the new cartoon on vhs at no extra charge. It's actually the first episode that was released after the initial movie... so enjoy an in-depth look at the new He-Man and the Masters of the Universe cartoon. And when you're done with that, enjoy the lil' bonus download that owners of the Atari 2600 may remember. :)

The emulator comes with an instructions file on what keys do what I believe. But to start the game just press 4 and then use the arrow keys to move and the space bar to shoot.

and Orko is still an annoying little shit whom we'd all love to see destroyed.
Speak for yourself! >: Orko is my friend!
...then again, it must be like ten years since I've last seen a He-Man episode, so I might not be remembering just how annoying he really was. The characters of that new cartoon look pretty good, though.

you could put a little rip-cord thing into the orko toy, pull it out, set him down, and he would spin round and round.
i think he was only one of three or so he-man toys that didn't meet their doom in pyrotechnical glory. :/

He was more tolerable back then I think, but again, that's probably cuz we were just kids. You really gotta hear the voice of the new on though. *gag*
Yawn.

It's fine to be a fan of the old stuff, I am too... but it sounds like you're just holding onto the 80's He-Man toys without even giving the new ones a chance. Many of the new ones are badass. So I would have to say that you don't know what you're missing there, bub.

Yeah, cartoon aside (I haven't seen the new one yet), the new toys are FAR superior to the old ones in every possible way. I still love the old ones for nostalgia value, but they all had the SAME FUCKING BODY!!

At least they paid attention to the detail that Adam's alter ego is kept secret, because Skelletor and friends thought Adam and He-Man are two seperate people.
But remember in the He-Man/She-Ra crossover (not the Christmas Special (http://www.x-entertainment.com/articles/0700) where Skelletor was engulfed with the holiday spirit, the Secret of the Sword (http://www.x-entertainment.com/sword/intro.html)) Adam didn't turn into He-Man (even in a bar fight scene) until Hordak's goons attack the village in Etheria (where the She-Ra series take place).
Speaking of She-Ra, if they brought back the He-Man series, when are we gonna see Adam's sis Adora back in action?

I LOVED She-Ra! She was everything a little girl could want to be.
I even had her costume...all the stuff eventually broke and was tossed out, but it was still cool while I had it.

Picture a little girl running around the house with a glow-in-the-dark sword, despite her mother's insistance that she would put someones eye out. :)

I couldn't believe it when I heard his voice. I was just waiting for him to bust out and say "Let my armies be the rocks and the trees and the birds in the sky." or something. It's strange though, for some reason the voice is just perfect for a guy like Stratos... and I don't know why.
Hell, I can't even remember what the original voice for Stratos sounded like.

just one thing RoG, you forgot to mention that Orko's such an idiot, he thinks the lava's fake like the bad guy-robots and get's his ass burned...
and in relation to how the voice is perfect for the character, i think it's cuz stratos is supposed to be some burly, rugged man that the women are supposed to fall for. another Connery refrence. shit
