i got a peavey t-40. like the one big black's bassist uses, except the finish is natural. it has real low action and is excellent for picking hard, and gives me that (after some fiddling, lots of knobs) big black shrilly high end tone. i'm not obsessed. i swear >: it's heavy as fuck, though. like 15 pounds. I don't think I'm going to be able to thrash around at all playing it, i might break my spine.
