There's Republican sponsored Bill in the senate right now (voting is this Thursday) titled "The Family Time Flexibility Act." Does this law:
A: Give employees the right, once the number of hours per week have been decided, to negotiate how those hours will be scheduled?
B: Give employees who have served five years with an employer the right to gauranteed weekend days off?
C: Give employees the right to refuse overtime requests?
D: Rescind the right to time and a half for hours exceeding forty in a given week, give employers the right to substitute comp time for overtime pay, give employers up to thirteen months to pay for or time compensate overtime and absolve employers of the need to compensate employees for overtime if the company shuts down or goes bankrupt within the thirteen month window?
