This show used to be so cool. Now it plays on Comedy Central, usually late at night. Why? :(

Comedy Central is gay that way. I remember I stayed up all night watching TV on either a Friday or Saturday and I watched all the shows I never saw before on Comedy Central that I knew about. The Critic, Duckman, Dilbert, the Undergrads, and some others. Then I was like "I'm going to make this a habit every week". But since I couldn't remember which day it was I tried both days, and fucking gay stupid crap was on instead of those shows, and it was like that for the next four weeks and I was all WTF WHAT DID THEY DO I WAS GOING TO MAKE THIS A HABIT >: >:
I still don't even know when it's on. :(

Go to AtomFilms. The original creators and John Lovitz did some shorts of The Critic on there.

Thanks for the info. I've been watching this every Sunday, even if I have to stay up till 1 to see it. :(
There are only, like, 10 episodes. :( :(

Didn't they use to show the Critic right after the Simpsons when it was on Fox?
I hated that show.

I have the ones on tape from when it was on ABC, those were so funny. I loved his dad.

The Critic is what made me love Jon Lovitz.

The episode in which his parents get stranded on an island is television at its finest.

Thank you so much for that link to The Critic shorts. I laughed my ass off in the third one where Hitler was Cornwallace.

The sad thing about Comedy Central's late night shows is that they should play during prime time or such. What, repeats of Premium Blend and the same fifteen episodes of SNL is comedy enough?
And when was the last time they played something by Cheech and Chong?
