My expectations were actually pretty low to begin with, but it was flat out awful. It was supposed to take place in 1986, but the whole movie had a current feel to it. The actors did do a good enough job, but that was it. It didn't flow, it seemed rushed, it sucked.

when I first heard of a Dumb and Dumber prequel I was actually happy. It sounded like a great idea. I figured they'd use makeup to make Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey look younger.
