Yeah, I heard the new album sucks, so I haven't bought it yet. That's pretty sad, since I adore Phair, and have all her other albums. Nothing will ever touch Exile in Guyville though, so we should all just keep listening to that and realize it was a moment of prefection and, well, luck, on her behalf.

I've tried listening to this album a couple times, hoping I would discover something in it worthwhile, but I just can't. There are maybe two songs that are listenable on there, and even those are mediocre compared to her early stuff.

I feel betrayed.

WORST ALBUM EVER! :( I downloaded it, and I'm so embrassed for her; it's brutal. The single sounds like Avril Lavinge! Wtf? Why is she such a fucking moron? How did this fucktard ever make a classic album? Exile in Guyville is one of my top 10 albums, but this album has almost turned me off her forever.
