An AOL user is seriously harassing an AIM-using friend of mine. I know about AOL's TOS crap, so who and how do I get in contact with AOL to beat him with the rod of justice :<

Uh, how about you tell your friend to just set AIM so only people on his/her buddy list can see him and msg him.

It's not that, it's that this person is making personal threats and stalking and stuff. Besides, even though I do that AIM invis thing, it's a pain in the ass :<

No it's not, I've been using it forever. All it does is make my life easier. No random spammers or people who visit the site IMing me or anything. And if the person is making real threats and you know who it is, just call the police on his ass and that'll scare him enough.
