Eh, I'm gonna wait for the "Director's Cut" to come out. It's gonna be killer... plus it comes with a "Making of 9/11" documentary which I'm sure will make the Weta workshop folks look like little bitches.

I can't stop giggling at the title "The Making of 9/11." :(

The interesting bloopers of the suicide bombers accidentally getting their allotment of virgins too early? Bush cutting the funds for airport security? Etc?
You know, this just proves America needs to get it's fucking head straight. We're making a fucking documentary about a horrific event that nobody's going to forget for quite a time.
But, then again, it's not really a tragedy until someone can profit from it, isn't it?

You ever get the feeling that if we watched that 9/11 telethon with the sunglasses from They Live, we'd see all these 'Obey' and 'This is your God' posters?

Is this the documentary about the FDNY probie? The one that actually had the crew at Ground Zero when it happened?
You know, you guys are right. People don't need to see what that was like. No one needs to know these people had personalities or lives or anything like that.
Are any of these profits going to any of the charities involved with 9/11?

Oh, bullshit. If it was about that, I wouldn't have a problem. What it is about is getting ratings/money and such off of a tragic incident and it's sickening.

I have my doubts, personally. I'm still wondering where most of the telethon money went besides the celebrity pockets.

The celebrities didn't see one dime. That money went to the red cross (where it was promptly tied up in paperwork).
If it were about ratings or dollars, why release it? why not make it into an action movie?
But, you guys found something that looks trendy to pounce on, so go ahead.
