I've done a ton of thirft shopping this weekend and found some awesome stuff, which is amazing since the greater Yolo County area kind of sucks for thrift shopping. Feel free to list the cool stuff that you've found while thrifting. My list of the most recent stuff is as follows:

-A blue skate board with metal trucks and so-so wheels, 12.99
-White polyester dress with cherries, 1.99
-White plastic bracelet, 59 cents
-A CCR greatest hits record, a record of Cabbage patch songs, some record called "The 60 little French girls", a record of the top themes from "this years" hit foriegn films (a bunch of southern european/french sounding james bond type songs), a single for the David Bowie/Mick Jager hit "Dancing in the street", 50 cents each
-an issue of Adbusters, 50 cents.

Fun fun! I found a ton of bowling balls, but they were fucked up. I would have been able to find some other stuff, but my friends kept on distracting me.

Hobo,
This is what you do, you drill holes into the bowling balls, & stack them on re-bar, & make a fence in your front yard.
Thrift stores rule, My fav. are the Bins behind goodwill where you can by clothing by the pound, & old records for like 20 cents...
It's so damn creepy how your postings remind me of my ex-

I thought this thread was going to be about prostitute bargain hunting. :/

What, you don't have prostitutes in your thrift stores? It must suck to live in Utah.
My wife keeps finding Grace and Etiquette books from the 50s and 60s. They clearly pointed out that she better get in the kitchen and fry me up some eggs!

The bowling balls were about 5 dollars each which is way too much. But I have a broken one that this guy gave me, and it had been dropped off a 5 story building or something, and then autographed by some guys at the bowling alley.
