yeah I was going to say Judge Doom, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, Jack Torrence (:love) from the Shining and Annie Wilkes from Misery.

Oh and for pure 'I still pee my pants when I see this guy' factor: the Magician from Fantasia. It's 'fun to see on acid' my ass >:

Yeah, when I was like 4, that guy scared me horribly. The googly eyes and high voice... :(

I don't know how "scary" he is, but the best villain I've ever seen is Scorpius from "Farscape". He's the most cunning, diabolical, determined evil son of a bitch I've ever seen. Makes Darth Vader look like an ewok.

The Killer Klowns from Outer Space scared the shit out of me as a child. :(
I heard that the movie version of IT wasn't as good as the book. I love the book. :(

His Divine Shadow is the most evil villian ever. The fact the he depopulates a galaxy, just because he is hungry.

Scariest for me was chucky when i was like 4, i had a my buddy doll that looked jsut like chicky. Then one night the thing FUCKING FELL OVER BY ITSELF. That scared me shitless. I threw the damn thing out the next morning.

Hannibal Lecter (the only movie charecter to ever keep me up at night) was the greatest villain.

I'm not sure about scariest, but Chucky from Child's Play really fucked with my head. Think it was bad for you, Spectre X? After seeing number 2, I stopped sleeping with my arms above the covers so it would be that much harder to hog-tie me to the bed.

And one time, I tried to show my brothers that I wasn't afraid of him by sitting in a room alone in the dark with him, and my bastard brothers had tied strings to him and made him move, then they held the door shut. I love my brothers. I'm sure my parents didn't like washing the piss out of my pants, though. I was scared shitless.
