one of the smartest kids in the world acts like a normal kid, and when he does things that require lots of effort etc. he acts as an adult, but normally, with emotional stuff like opinions, he acts normal.

It only measures patterns and visual crap. That's like half the brain taken for granted. Plus the "Creative" aspects, but I guess they roll that in with pattern visualization.
