An eight-minute Batman fan fic film will be shown at some convention in the US in a couple of days or weeks. Don't really remember. What could be cool and also could suck, is that the creators seem to have gone for the Alex Ross design. But what REALLY makes this interesting is the Joker.

BAM! That's the scariest fucking Joker I've ever seen. Until I saw the batman pics above, I was 100% certain this was an all-CGI film, he looks like Gollum for fuck's sake. I'd really like to see this one.

insanly (pun intended) cool as that Joker may be, I'll take Jack Nicholson any day.

Even so, that Joker is still insanely cool, and somewhat disturbing.

No he fucking didn't. The riddler was supposed to be a character that loved to fuck with batman's head, not act like the fucking mask. No one in batman forever was good.

My favorite was batman returns, danny devito fit perfect as a mutant in a movie just as well as he does in everyday life.

I thought he was the perfect choice to play penguin, but he played it way too gross. The penguin is supposed to be refined.

I think that was burton's choice and I liked it. Instead of the high classman type he was supposed to be, he was some kinda mutant and it pretty much served as his motivation :/

It's an interesting and pretty entertaining little thing. The batman and joker talk was pretty fucking lame but the rest was alright.

Oh, and the joker sucked.

Wow, looks like the pic I posted above was the one frame where the Joker didn't suck.

Trivia: Andrew Koening, the guy who played the Joker, had a voice on the 90's GI Joe cartoons, and is the son of Walter 'Chekov' Koenig of Star Trek fame.

I saw it and thought it was retty cool, especially concidering she made it for $30 grand which is NOTHING concidering the special effects.

While the overall look was Alex Ross, I caught speciffic visual references to Brian Bolland and Bernie Wrightson as well.

The acting and script sucked, but she's a filmmaker, not a writer or actors director. The look and flow of the film was amazing for a privately produced piece.
