Not sure exactly when, but I'm going to be doing a live interview with an Alabama "New Country" radio station in the near future. Just wanted to know if any of you live there so you can listen in. Once I know the exact date/time I'll be sure to post it here.
The interview is apparently going to be about the action figure contest on I-Mockery. :)

Hah don't feel hurt, I'm still just learning where I live. Anyway the station is "New Country 95.5, WTVY FM". That's all I know.
That'll be great if they allow callers to call in, cuz then you could call in during the interview :P

Yeah if anybody can record it and put it to mp3 that'd definitely be cool, cuz I sure as hell won't be able to do it.

Just ask the station to give you a tape. I'm pretty sure they are forced by the law to keep an audio archive somewhere, and I think they have to record all the airtime and keep it for at least a week or something after the recording before they can dispose of it.
It's in case people want to sue them and stuff like that, so I'm pretty sure that you can ask the radio guy for a tape of the whole thing and then you can share it with us all :) I went to visit a radio station once and they gave me a fridge magnet.

That station is in Dothan, which is at the Florida border...I'm at the Tennessee border. I looked at their web site yesterday to see if they have a web broadcast, but apparently they don't.

An Alabama country station? For shame! I thought you had standards, Rog. Now I can see you're nothing but a publicity whore!

Are you going to sing the Cowboy song there? Cause that's they only reason i could think of that they would want you there. Unless the majority of country fans are mockers.

I, personally, can't understand how anyone can listen to either country music or contemporary christian music....

I think this particular show isn't one of the ones where they play music. It's like your typical morning talk show where they discuss the latest news 'n shit from around the world..

Why are they even interviewing you? Just for the Action Figure Contest?

Jul 23rd, 2003, 02:18 PM
Yeah that's going to be the main topic of discussion, but I'm sure some general I-Mockery questions will be included too.

Just spoke with then again and they said giving me a tape of it will be no problem at all. :)
Only problem is, I don't have any way to get that tape of it made into an mp3... do any of you?
