As a former barrista, coffee is an artform for me. I very seldom find coffee that meets my standards, but all the same I drink quite an unhealthy volume of the stuff. My favorite? Dark roasted Ethiopian beans, brewed with nutmeg in a french press, served as café au lait with skim milk, sweetened with honey. If possible, millifiuri honey.
When pulling an all-nighter, I make myself a mug of espresso and mix in a packet of hot cocoa mix. You can tell it's working when your liver starts quivering.
