was made in 1989 by Capcom and, for reasons never stated, was never released. The three guys who made it though have made a rom of it, and it is available to download from www.lostlevels.org.
I'm interested in playing the rom, although I haven't actually done it yet, because of this incredibly funny article from Seanbaby about the game:
