In a nutshell this is a pulp series about a roman soldier named Casca Rufio Longinuis who was tasked to oversee Jesus Christ deaths after his crucifiction on Mount Golgotha.. Anyways, after waiting around for hours, Casca got tired (I think he wanted to get laid or something) he took his spear and stabbed Jesus in the rib, to get it over with... Anyways Jesus leaves a curse on poor Casca "That which you are, you shall be ... Until we meet again". In other words, Jesus has cursed casca to imortality to live his life out as a soldier fighting and killing until the second coming of Christ.

The book is a series about this man fighting through all major wars throughout history- he fought alongside ghengis khan, sun-tzu, In vietnam, the revolutionary war, was a king in ireland, world war one and two etc... Pretty fascinating shit.

Although not very well written, i found these books quite fascinating in my youth and still read on them today. I welcome al of you who love a good war novel to check these out.
