View Full Version : MOCKERS WHO KNOW CHICAGO

I'm going to be on the Mancow in the Morning show on WKQX at 8:40 Eastern Standard time, Wed. 9/18.

From doing a little internet research, I gather he is a shockjock and fairly big time. I read his guest list and lets just say they are mostly more impressive than I am.

Any of you folks heard him? What's he like?

I met Chicago once. He's kind of an asshole.

I'm sure you'll be shocked to know this wasn't all that helpful. I'm emailing Sspad.

second tier howard stern, or if you ever heard them Opey and Anthony were a bit funnier version of this guys show. depending on WHY you are going on the show, you should be able to handle things with ease.

still none of them are don and mike. no sir they aint.

VERY similar to Howard Stern (female co-host who's shocked by everything he says, brain-dead devoted fans). He's full of lame-ass sexual innuendo, has(or had, I don't get up early enough to listen) a penchant for professional wrestling, and a sidekick named Turd. An utter waste of morning radio.

What generator said.

He claims to hate Stern, but tries to be just like him. Only he misses some of the subtlety of Stern in favor of just sounding like ass by yelling such hillarious quips as "fag" and "dick". He tries to be controversial by being an ignorant ass but has no valid opinions on any topic. Just basically a loud moron like that one drunken frat guy who thinks he a political comedian. I had the great pleasure of meeting this chromosone-missing retard; he probably still wears his goatee and Hawaiian shirt. All 'morning zoo' radio jocks are the same though, you'll figure him out quick.

Doops, apparently Mancow is huge William Shatner fan and has him on the show regularly. Either Mancow or someone on staff read my Shatner Stalker piece and really liked it. Hence the interview.

I like that piece but sometimes I feel like it's the only thing I've ever written.

When I go on the show I am going to tell Mancow how great this board used to be and how much it sucks now.

Max, I used to watch 'Fox & Friends,' the morning show on Fox News, and Mancow used to have a segment every day. The show is on from 6-9am, but I don't remember when the segment was scheduled in the show...

I went to foxnews.com:

Mancow Video Vault (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,96712,00.html)
I couldn't get the video to work, but right now I have to pick my wife up from work so I can't fiddle with it...

Wife? How did I miss you getting married?

More to the point of the post, what did you think of the guy?

I use to listen to him, but it gets old, and now i sleep during that time but I'll tune in to hear your thing Max.

Note: He is an asshole, and if you don't keep him interested he'll let you go and put on some phone pranks instead.

Wife? How did I miss you getting married?

More to the point of the post, what did you think of the guy?

His on-air 'performance' was transparent. I could tell that he came to work that day, and his primary job duties were to have high energy and yell about stuff. He always talked about wanting to have sex with Edie and always mentioned something about her husband. Edie is the chick on the Fox & Friends show. When they can see through your schtick, it becomes less engaging. Embroider that on your doily.

And, yes, I got married. It is proof to you guys who are pessimistic about your love life: if a wonderful woman can love a wretch like me, then there is hope for all of you.
