samurai & Ninja's. Are they the same?

Right, i was playing on soul calibur II last night as mitsurugi and it just came to me, are samurai's the same as ninjas or are they completely different? I came to the conclusion that they are different cuz' ninjas are more stealth and samurai are ummm....not.
Anyway, what do you guys and gals think? :meat

Dude, I just now realized the cool parallel between ninja and samurai of the 18th century to the Hashishens and the Templars of the 13th century.

I will tell you the difference just because I did a report on this for my class like some 3 years ago.

Samurai followed a code of honor. Called Bushido.

Ninja never followed a code. They would do anything to finish there misson.

There are other differences, I would tell you them but i would rather shoot my ass off.
